Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book?
I recommend booking 9–18 months in advance, especially for spring and fall weddings. Popular dates often book quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better!
Are you insured?
Yes! I carry professional liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance to your church or venue if requested. Whether I'm photographing a cathedral, parish, or wedding venue, you can have peace of mind knowing I'm fully prepared and meet the requirements of many locations.
How do we reserve our date?
A signed contract and a 20% non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! I'm based in Southern California and happily serve weddings throughout California and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
When will we receive our photos?
You'll receive a selection of sneak peeks within one week, and your full gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks.
Will you help us with our timeline?
Yes! I'll work with you (and your planner, if you have one) to create a photography timeline that ensures we have enough time for portraits, family photos, and all the meaningful moments throughout your day.
Can I include a second photographer in my package?
Yes! A second photographer can be added to any wedding collection if additional coverage is desired. I especially recommend one for larger weddings, Catholic ceremonies, or when you want simultaneous coverage of both partners getting ready. Having a second photographer also provides an extra set of eyes to capture candid moments and details that might otherwise be missed. I'll help determine whether adding one would be beneficial based on your timeline, guest count, and wedding day plans.
Have you photographed Catholic Weddings?
Yes! Catholic weddings are one of my specialties. I've had the privilege of photographing numerous weddings, liturgies, and diocesan events throughout Southern California, including work with the Diocese of Orange and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. My experience allows me to confidently anticipate the flow of the Mass, respectfully document each sacred moment, and honor the beauty and traditions of the Catholic Church so you can remain fully present on your wedding day.
